    We require dynamic, enthusiastic and sharp Business Development Managers with an experience of 2 6 years in Remittance, B2B, B2C and Corporate Sales.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Identification and development of new business channels and revenue generation opportunities.
    • Develop & manage key strategic partnerships and alliances.
    • Ensure seamless integration and service delivery to partners/key accounts by working closely with the products team to ensure smooth integration with partners systems.
    • Maximize Trupay’s long-term business profitability.
    • Have a complete understanding of the customer needs, both existing and potential, and use that knowledge to deliver service features that provide Trupays customers with an unparalleled service experience.
    • Conduct financial analysis of business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets.
    Basic Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results.
    • Strong business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management.
    • Ability to think strategically and tactically, with excellent attention to detail.
    • Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
    • Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are essential.
    • Bachelor’s degree is required with Masters preferred.
